Amanda Holt is the founder of Body Mechanix and has spent more than two decades helping people move with greater ease, recover from injury, and return to the activities they love.
Since opening Body Mechanix in 2008, her mission has remained the same: to provide thoughtful, individualized care that looks beyond symptoms to understand the person as a whole.
