Committed To Providing The Best Bodywork Services On The Seacoast!

Life can be hectic! As we know, we need to take time for ourselves + self care. We all have the opportunity to grow, change, and discover all the time. We believe you should always connect with where you started but should also embrace opportunities to change and grow within yourself. Body Mechanix Massage strives to help you achieve these goals. Whether you are an athlete who has injuries that are holding you back, have had a traumatic experience and need to heal, or you’re just looking to keep your body healthy while training, our bodywork services can help get you to the next level.

Body Mechanix Massage has been in operation for 8 years and is growing and adapting to meet the needs of Seacoast athletes. Owner, Amanda Holt, is a licensed, and nationally certified, massage therapist + holistic health practitioner who’s has been practicing for over 10 years. She has trained with Tom Myers in his Movement Immersion program and has provided RockTape and athletic bodywork services for the CrossFit Regionals in 2014, 2015, 2016, and soon to be 2017.

All Body Mechanix Massage therapists are certified to practice sport massage, cupping therapy, kinesiology taping, and deep tissue massage. Our primary goal at Body Mechanix Massage is to construct a service that suits each clients’ needs. Our therapists are able to customize a treatment plan by utilizing various tools including RockBlades (soft tissue tool), cupping, and kinesiology taping, all of which help to improve performance and posture and reduce pain.

At Body Mechanix Massage, our focus has always been to provide great bodywork. As our practice has evolved, our services have become more geared toward athletes, injuries, and trauma work and rehabilitation. Our ultimate goal is to help people discover the strength within their own bodies and to become proactive in keeping them healthy!

The team at Body Mechanix Massage is fully committed to providing the best bodywork services on the Seacoast.
