With over 20 years of experience in sports and martial arts, he has developed a deep appreciation for movement, physical performance, and the role of bodywork in supporting overall health and well-being.
Yurii graduated from Great Bay Community College’s Massage Therapy program with excellent academic standing and is a Licensed Massage Therapist with experience in both clinical and high-end wellness settings. His background includes therapeutic, clinical, and sports massage, as well as relaxation and recovery-focused bodywork.
His approach is centered on each client’s individual needs and goals. By combining therapeutic techniques with relaxation-based approaches, Yurii works to reduce muscle tension, support recovery, improve mobility, and help clients feel more comfortable and connected in their bodies. At Body Mechanix in Dover, New Hampshire, every massage and bodywork session is personalized to your individual needs, comfort level and wellness goals. Your session may include deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, sports massage, adolescent massage, or prenatal and postnatal massage, depending on your needs and stage of life.
Your therapist may also incorporate cupping therapy, kinesiology taping or specialized soft tissue tools to help address muscle tension, restricted movement and areas of discomfort. These therapeutic modalities may be included at your therapist’s recommendation or by request. Your therapist will explain each technique and determine whether it is appropriate for your body, preferences and treatment goals.
