Jeff is passionate about helping clients relieve tension, improve mobility, and reduce pain through a thoughtful blend of therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual’s needs. He has a special interest in the relationship between the cervical spine and shoulder girdle—an area that plays a vital role in many of our daily movements and is often a source of discomfort. Just as importantly, Jeff believes in creating a calm, grounded environment where clients feel safe, supported, and able to fully relax.
His curiosity about the human body extends well beyond the treatment room. Jeff is deeply committed to his own movement practice and lifelong learning, continually exploring new approaches to health, recovery, and self-care. He approaches every session with the goal of restoring balance, improving function, and supporting each client’s long-term well-being.
Before pursuing bodywork full time, Jeff enjoyed a successful career as a respected automotive technician. His fascination with how things work—and how they can function better—naturally evolved into a passion for the human body. After completing extensive coursework through the renowned CHEK Institute and earning certification as a Holistic Health Coach, he graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Great Bay Community College.
Outside of Body Mechanix, Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors, especially paddleboarding, listening to music, and continuing to explore new ways to support health and movement.

Deep Tissue:
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders
Sports Massage:
Sports massage therapy is geared toward athletes of every kind, from world-class professionals to weekend joggers. The particulars of the sports massage technique are specific to the athlete’s sport of choice. Focusing on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements.
Pre-Natal:
Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling).
In addition, massage for pregnant women reduces stress on weight-bearing joints, encourages blood and lymph circulation, helps to relax nervous tension — which aids in better sleep — and can help relieve depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes.
Relaxation:
Swedish massage therapy is the modality that comes to mind when most people think about massage. As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation. Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.
